1. What kind of image files do you accept for printing jobs? We prefer that you send your files in either .psd, .ai or .eps format with at least 300 resolution and actual size (the size you want the image to be printed). However, we are able to print items in other sizes and formats. Converting files to appropriate size and format is $50/hr.
2. What is your average turn-around time? On average, it takes 5-7 business days to ship an order after the quote has been received along with a 50% deposit.
3. What are your maximum dimensions for printing? We currently can print up to 16" x 22" designs, but will be able to print larger images soon. Keep in mind, over-sized prints cost an additional 20% of the printing price. View our screen printing prices.
4. Cool site, did you design it yourself? Thanks, glad you like it. Yes, everything on this website was designed and coded by us.
5. I want a custom shirt printed but can't even draw... what can I do? If you have a great idea for a shirt but have none of the necessary skills to actually design it, that's ok! We are trained in design and can make your ideas come to life, from the design stage to print production. Simply fill out a design quote and let us know what you want!
6. Do you guys sell your own shirts? Not quite yet, but we will soon!
7. Where can I find out more about screen printing? You can check out our screen printing blog for some useful printing information, but there are also many other great sites you can check out for screen printing info. We recommend doing a simple Google search for "screen printing information".
8. What kind of inks can you use? We can use every type of ink, from water-based inks to specialty puff inks to semi-transparent inks. Specialty inks cost extra, but are great for creating really unique shirts.
9. Can you teach me how to print my own shirts? While this is something we would love to be able to do, we unfortunately don't have the time for it right now.
